The vision of Bihar Olympic Association is to reflect, reinforce and enhance the mission of BOA by creating an environment of excellence where the players will develop the life skills and athletic skills that will enable them to become leaders, and win the championship. It aims to organize various tournaments in coordination with other sports organization and government. In all areas of its operation, the Bihar Olympic Association’s players, coaches, staff and programs shall embody the core values of accountability, respect, integrity, achievement, community service, fairness, diversity and sportsmanship.
